Do I Need Planning Permission Before I Contact You?
Not necessarily. We're happy to talk to you at any stage of the process. However having planning permission, architectural drawings and structural engineer details in place before you contact us means we can provide a much more accurate quote and get your project moving much more quickly. If you're still in the planning stages we're happy to point you in the right direction.
How Do I Know My Budget Is Realistic?
Budget is one of the most important conversations to have early. When you fill in our enquiry form we'll review your project details and where possible provide initial budget guidance before we even arrange a site visit. How Do I Get An Accurate Quote?
The more information you can provide the more accurate your quote will be. Ideally we need your planning permission, architectural drawings and structural engineer details before we visit site. This allows us to provide a detailed quotation with no hidden costs or nasty surprises. Once we have everything we need we'll arrange a site visit and prepare your detailed quotation.
