Do I Need Planning Permission For A Renovation?

Not always. Many renovations and refurbishments don't require planning permission. However if your project involves structural alterations, extensions or changes to a listed building planning permission may be required. We'd always recommend checking with your local planning authority or architect before you start. We're happy to point you in the right direction.

How Long Does A Renovation Take?

Every renovation is different. A smaller refurbishment can take as little as 4 to 6 weeks. A full property renovation can take several months depending on the size and complexity of the project. We'll give you a realistic timeline before work starts and keep you updated throughout so you always know what's happening.

How Much Does A Renovation Cost?

Renovation costs vary significantly depending on the scope, specification and complexity of the project. We'd rather have an honest conversation about budget upfront than waste your time or ours. Will I Need To Move Out During The Renovation?

It depends on the scale of the project. For smaller refurbishments most homeowners stay in the property throughout. For larger full property renovations it may be more practical to move out temporarily. We'll discuss this with you during the site visit and plan the project around your needs wherever possible.
