How Do I Know If My Budget Is Realistic For The Project I Have In Mind?
This is one of the most common questions we get and it's a great one to ask early. Once you submit your enquiry form we'll review your project details and where possible provide initial budget guidance before we even arrange a site visit. We'd rather have an honest conversation about budget upfront than waste your time or ours.
Do I Need Planning Permission Before I Contact You?
Not necessarily. We're happy to talk to you at any stage of the process. However if you already have planning permission, architectural drawings and structural engineer details in place we can move much more quickly to providing a detailed quotation and agreeing a start date.
How Long Will My Project Take?
Every project is different and timescales depend on the size and complexity of the work involved. What we can promise is that we'll give you a realistic programme before work starts and keep you updated throughout.
How Do I Know The Quality Of Your Work Before I Commit?

From Apprentice Bricklayer To Co-Founder Of Hadley Construction Ltd.

Alfie started his career as an apprentice bricklayer and spent 7 years working his way up through the trade learning everything from the ground up. Together with James he co-founded Hadley Construction to build and improve homes across Cornwall and Devon the right way.

Born and raised in Launceston, Cornwall, Alfie knows this part of the world inside out and cares deeply about the people who live here.
